Need help on acquisitions (appointment setting)
What’s up everyone! I’m at the point where I’ve got more leads than I can keep up with and need the right person to help on the phones.
Quick breakdown of what I’ve got going:
- Texting ~1k people/day
- All leads go into XLeads
- AI is prequalifying them first
- Follow up + nurture is already built out
- I’m in my local market and handling all appointments + closing myself
Where I need help:
I need someone to call the prequalified leads, have a solid convo, and set the appointment.
So you’re not cold calling, these are people that already responded and have some level of interest.
Looking for someone who:
- Has some wholesaling experience (knows how to talk to sellers)
- Can build rapport and not sound robotic
- Actually wants to get better and be around deals
- Reliable… big one
Pay:
I’m offering 10% on any deals I close from your appointments.
I should be doing at least 3–4 deals/month with what I have set up, just don’t have time to take all the calls.
This is honestly a good opportunity for someone who knows what they’re doing but doesn’t have the budget or systems to generate leads yet.
