Most wholesalers are still pulling govt. lists by hand.
Quick example: county clerk sites publish foreclosure and probate filings publicly, but almost nobody scrapes them. A simple script can pull new listings daily and drop them straight into a Google Sheet, no manual searching required.
Pair that with a basic Apps Script trigger and you've got outreach emails going out automatically whenever a new lead hits the sheet.
