I went through Zach’s free wholesaling course PDF today, and I was genuinely impressed. It’s packed with actionable information, and I’d recommend anyone who hasn’t read it yet to take the time to go through all 35 pages. A few things that stood out to me: • The step-by-step process for finding government lists. Zach breaks it down in a simple, practical way that makes it easy to take action. • The virtual wholesaling opportunities. For those of us who want to operate remotely, he includes counties where you can wholesale virtually without living in that area. • The email offer generator and accompanying tutorial videos. The system is built using free tools like Gmail and Google, making it accessible to anyone getting started. There’s a lot more value in the document, including resources, templates, and additional guidance that I’m still working through. Overall, I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to implementing what I learned over the next few days. Thank you, Zach, and thank you to the community for making these resources available.
