The second was a homeowner I just got off the phone with calling me back saying she had a few other properties that she wanted to sell just not the one I called about. Well that changes things quite a bit! She currently is working on getting some fresh photos and said she would send them to me as soon as she takes them. This sounded like any other call at first... Looking like it could be so much more. Only time will tell.
