Low equity home owner looking to downsize, Need some advice
From what I understand, the seller needs to get what they owe on the mortgage. The house is in good condition, looks nicely renovated, does not have HVAC system (functioning on forced air duct), im trying to wrap my head around how I should structure this deal.
