Low equity home owner looking to downsize, Need some advice
From what I understand, the seller needs to get what they owe on the mortgage. The house is in good condition, looks nicely renovated, does not have HVAC system (functioning on forced air duct), im trying to wrap my head around how I should structure this deal.

Im creating mulitple emails now to send out more emails per day, do they have to be under "work" emails when creating them, or should I do for personal use? Thank You!!

To be honest not that great but i rewatched everything zach has on how to mail merge and its a bit tedious but making hella gmail accounts and spreading out how many i send on each makes spam probability very unlikely which is what i dealt with on my first go around.

Just got up to level 3!!
