Losing deals because every lead gets the same follow-up?
Hi all. Someone here had asked regarding this problem and thought I'd share it here. Some of us might be losing deals because every enquiry gets the same content, same words, whether someone just browsed a listing or asked about a specific property.
Here's a simple workflow I'd recommend for it:
  1. Lead comes in (via ads, website, socials) and a tool (form, survey or chatbo) scores the leads based on behaviour and answers
  2. Tagged as cold, warm, or hot automatically
  3. Each tag triggers a completely different sequence
Cold gets market education. Warm gets case studies. Hot gets a direct call booking.
