Looking for someone to help me find buyers for a property in DFW/Roanoke TX

Whoever can provide me a serious buyer first will be my JV partner or at least I will pay referral fee. Speed is the only requirement.

• Two legal lots (Lots 8 & 9)

• SF-7 zoning

• Near Old Town Roanoke

• Existing house on the property, but the value is primarily in the land

• Potential teardown/redevelopment opportunity

• Utilities appear to be in place

• New construction and redevelopment activity nearby

The seller is currently looking for offers in the $525k-$550k range.

We currently have an investor interested around $510k, but we're looking to move quickly and are prioritizing the buyer who can perform the fastest.

As for EMD: $5k, due this Friday morning June 5th (If anything happens, I may ask for extension)
