Looking for Advice on Large Tax-Delinquent/Distressed LLC Portfolio

I’m pretty new to wholesaling and based in Michigan.

I’ve been researching a large portfolio of Detroit properties owned by a few connected LLCs. A lot of them appear to be tax delinquent, have code violations, and may be headed toward foreclosure.

I’m trying to figure out the best way to approach the owners and whether there may be wholesale opportunities with situations like this.
