What is with all of these scammers claiming that they have properties or JV deals? Plus there are so many people trying to get me to join their list or subscribe to their leads list. Who is monitoring this community? This is frustrating! I am trying to stay focused on real deals.

Hey everyone 👋🏾 I’m pretty new to wholesaling and based in Michigan. I’ve been researching a large portfolio of Detroit properties owned by a few connected LLCs. A lot of them appear to be tax delinquent, have code violations, and may be headed toward foreclosure. I’m trying to figure out the best way to approach the owners and whether there may be wholesale opportunities with situations like this.
