Local vs. Virtual For Land
For all my land peeps, do you guys value staying in your local market at all, or you exclusively target the hottest areas you can find?
I'm leaning heavily towards the latter, as it seems like the edge in staying local for land is greatly reduced, and that it's inherently a much more virtual/remote approach, but want to make sure I'm assessing that correctly.
