Ok, ok. I didn’t expect to get so many JV opportunities from my last post! So, instead of having everybody message me, here is the buy box I have for my specific builders 🙂 and thank you!!
• Lehigh Acres: Strong demand in 33976, 33974, 33972, 33971, 33973. Standard 0.25 acre lots (10k–12k sq ft). $10K–$20K target, with some paying up to $24K in 33976.
• Cape Coral: Focus on 33909, 33993, 33990, 33991, 33904, 33914. 0.25 acre lots, typical range $15K–$24K+ depending on area.
• Port Charlotte: Buying in 33980, 33952, 33954. Mostly 0.25 acre, price range $10K–$18K.
Lot Type: Buildable, dry, residential lots. 0.25 acre standard, 0.5 acre okay if priced right.
Deal Breakers: No canals, no main/busy roads, no wetlands/flood zones, no protected species.
Utilities/Roads: Paved + power at curb preferred. Some will take dirt roads if pricing is right.
