🚨 JV OPPORTUNITY
We’ve been actively marketing this San Antonio deal for the last 4–5 days, but we still haven’t found the right buyer.
The feedback we’ve received from multiple investors has been consistent—they feel the asking price is a bit high because of the neighborhood and the amount of rehab the property may need.
We’re looking to JV with wholesalers who have active cash buyers in the San Antonio market.
If you have buyers, please show them this deal and ask them what they would realistically pay for it. We’re open to hearing serious offers and would appreciate honest feedback from your buyers.
Our goal is simple: get this property sold. Even if we have to accept a smaller assignment fee, we’re okay with that. We’d rather close the deal, build strong relationships, and create more opportunities to work together in the future.
