At the same time, I’m still working. Still having conversations. Still closing deals quietly. No noise, just execution.

Here’s something a lot of people don’t realize.

This final part of the year is one of the most motivated times for sellers.

Many homeowners are trying to sell now so they can start the new year clean. Some want to move. Some want to buy another house at the beginning of the year. Some are tired of carrying a property into another year. Pressure is real right now.

This is the right time.

Do not look down on yourself.

Do not think time has run out.
