Hi guys is anyone using xleads from another country outside the US? I am currently abroad and needing to use a VPN to access the site. At first it was telling me network error when I clicked on the leads tab and dispo tab. Now it is showing me this config error and to contact the administrator. Has anyone else experienced this? I have been emailing the support team for weeks to solve this, and they haven't been able to do anything. Now, I have tried changing my vpn over and over again and still having no success. I would like some advice, I can't really work or use Xleads without the Leads.....
