🚀 I’m on a Wholesaling Roller Coaster… but Staying Locked In 🎢
Just had one of the craziest seller + “realtor friend” situations I’ve dealt with so far in wholesaling — but the best part is, I stayed calm through all of it.
This was a probate property lead. Seller seemed decent. Her “realtor” friend? A whole different story.
Here’s how this circus went down:
- They ghosted me
- Tried to drag me into a bidding war (not happening — amateur hour 😂)
- Told me they were accepting my offer
- Asked for real Proof of Funds — not a letter, actual funds
- Then… ghosted me AGAIN
Finally I get someone on the phone and the “realtor” tells me:
“We accepted another offer.”
No emotions on my side. If someone wants retail drama, that’s not my lane.
Like Rick & Zach always teach, our job is to work with sellers who NEED to sell, not ones who want to play games.
