Most people don’t fail in this business because they’re lazy.
They fail because they misunderstand what the struggle is actually teaching them.
When I first started, nothing made sense.
I was doing the right things.
Watching videos
Taking notes
Trying different strategies
Waiting for confidence to show up
But results were slow… or nonexistent.
Here’s what I didn’t understand back then:
👉 Confusion is not a sign you’re doing it wrong.
It’s a sign you’re early.
Every phase in this business has a lesson:
• No responses teaches you targeting
• Bad leads teach you qualification
• Rejections teach you communication
• Inconsistency teaches you systems
• Burnout teaches you leverage
Most people quit at the lesson, not the business.
They think:
Maybe wholesaling doesn’t work
Maybe the market is dead
Maybe I’m not cut out for this
But the truth is
the market is always responding.
It’s just responding to what you’re doing, not what you intend.
Once I started tracking instead of guessing… Once I focused on systems instead of motivation… Once I stopped copying tactics and started understanding why they worked…
Things slowly began to click.
Not overnight. Not magically. But clearly.
If you’re in a confusing phase right now, don’t rush past it. Ask better questions instead of switching strategies.
Growth in this business doesn’t come from doing more It comes from doing the same thing long enough to understand it..
