I have a issue in the making of the assignment contract.
It's my first deal so i don't know how things work, i got a seller he is agree for selling his land. He said that the land it's on a name of some aaria homes by elbert but he is going to sign the contract by him self how thats gonna work help would be appreciated, and also someone have assignment contract pattern or ready just need to be filled.
