Hello fellow wholesalers
I made it to level 3!! Hello everyone, I am new to wholesaling, and very excited about the opportunities available. I've been on the real estate journey for 3 years now but haven't pulled the trigger on anything yet. I am an independent truck driver, and I transport hazardous chemicals. Working 10-12 hours a day makes it a little difficult to put the time in needed for wholesaling, so I invested in Xleads to try to minimize some time. I'm trying to navigate through and learn quickly. Any help would be appreciated. I would also be interested in JV partners. I'm in Baltimore, Md. Hats off to Rick and Zack for this community. What a blessing.🙏
