Has anyone used Xleads?

I need more properties available had a few acquisition agents but alot of them bring deals that are over priced, lack of information or not real smh. I’m looking to set up my own team where I can give these leads out to say a team of 5 of we can all work together to lock them up and close them. If you used Xleads please share your experiences and if it’s worth it
