Got a free house on Wednesday 🤯🔥
Yes, you read that right. I got a home for free doing a subject to contract. Mortgage is 55,000 at 3.625% interest rate and she said please just take it. I gave her zero dollars at closing. ARV is 150,000 and I’m gonna put around 10 to 15 grand into Renovations and flip it. This is way better than getting a hard money loan. 🥷💯🇺🇸
