Go after Preforeclosures!!
Today was different. I don't know what it was but the energy was just different today. Started calling my preforeclosure list.. there was just more mental clarity, a more focused will and drive to actually want to help people in tough situations vs calling to make some money. When I start my calling within the first 30 min I started getting back to back people interested in selling. Like what?? That totally took me by surprise.
Made 101 calls tonight.
2 inbound calls. Both interested in selling.
8 pick ups.
2 Not interested.
3 Hang ups
3 interested in selling.
Had some good conversations today. A couple seem more promising then the others but I shouldn't judge too soon. I've noticed a few of these properties have been on the market for a while. Makes me think it comes down to Price once again. This is where the conversation skills really need to come in.
Hit some more follow ups tonight! But also hit them damn voicemails! Haha I will present you my offer. ... Mark my words.. 💯
