Getting over the fear of cold calling

If you are not using ChatGPT you are definitely missing out! Today I asked it to help me switch my mindset to cold calling for wholesaling. It gave me a few quotes and scriptures to remind myself to not care so much about what people think on the other line or not to let rude people ruin my day. One quote that really stuck out was “I’m not here to be liked. I’m here to find motivated sellers.” I think it stuck out to me so much because my experience in other jobs, especially in the restaurant industry, it was important for people to like us. As long as I find motivated sellers and help them, that’s what really matters!
