Fix and Flip Questions:
HELP!!
I have come across a distressed seller and we are negotiating the terms of the deal.
I am in an area where people are converting their garage into another bedroom and bathroom.
The house goes from a 3 bed 1.5 bath into a 4 bed and 2.5 baths. How much more does it actually add if its in the garage space?
Does anyone have advice on this? I am wondering how to comp or build the ARV if I am able to add onto the house in this way. If this is something that can happen.
