Calling all Land dealers!
Does anyone have any success stories about wholesaling vacant land ? I’m pretty close to a few land deals and I would love to have some help. (contact, buyers, builders, success stories) Thanks in advance!

Here's A Step-By-Step 50/50 JV Guide To Your First Land Deal!!! If you wanna do a 50/50 JV land deal this week with no additional software or services, follow these steps; 1) Google the address in attached photo. 2) Search the map for vacant land in this specific area. 3) Find the owner using the Propwire website. Enter the vacant land address. Search the property owner tab. Copy mailing address - Free 4) Skiptrace owner by mailing address with Truepeoplesearch website - Free 5) Find the mobile address or landline number. Call the seller. 6) Tell the seller you're looking for lots in the area; — Ask them if they are looking to sell? — Ask what price are they looking to get for the lot? — Pull price, don't give price.
