Your dog has days that are the same every day. They eat, sleep, bark, pee on stuff, chew things. That’s about the list.

But you and I, never, ever have the same days. Things always need tweaking or maintenance. Things happen that we have to deal with, and what’s crazy is many times we are dealing with things we didn’t cause…other humans made decisions that affected us, and now we get to deal with them.

Wholesaling is challenge after challenge, because we deal with people…not houses, but people.
