Don’t quit

I have to give credit to Rick and Zach because I genuinely wouldn’t be here without them.

I moved to Colombia two years ago and had always wanted to get into real estate wholesaling, but I could never fully make sense of it. I watched a ton of YouTube videos from different people, and while there was a lot of information, it always felt like something important was being left out, usually so you’d end up buying a course.

Eventually I came across Rick and Zach, and for the first time it felt like someone was giving out the information that was needed to do a deal . I watched every video I could and went through their free course. ADHD has always made it hard for me to get through things like that, but I made it a point to take notes and push myself to finish.

At some point I realized I had watched enough videos and it was time to take action. So I did.

Every deal I’ve closed has been done virtually from Colombia. I’ve never shown up to a closing, never showed a house in person, and I’ve done it all using free virtual bandit signs on Craigslist , Facebook and Snapchat along with bird dogs.

All of this while dealing with depression, anxiety, and living overseas. If I can do it you can too don’t let anything get in the way including yourself
