I have to give credit to Rick and Zach because I genuinely wouldn’t be here without them. I moved to Colombia two years ago and had always wanted to get into real estate wholesaling, but I could never fully make sense of it. I watched a ton of YouTube videos from different people, and while there was a lot of information, it always felt like something important was being left out, usually so you’d end up buying a course. Eventually I came across Rick and Zach, and for the first time it felt like someone was giving out the information that was needed to do a deal . I watched every video I could and went through their free course. ADHD has always made it hard for me to get through things like that, but I made it a point to take notes and push myself to finish. At some point I realized I had watched enough videos and it was time to take action. So I did. Every deal I’ve closed has been done virtually from Colombia. I’ve never shown up to a closing, never showed a house in person, and I’ve done it all using free virtual bandit signs on Craigslist , Facebook and Snapchat along with bird dogs. All of this while dealing with depression, anxiety, and living overseas. If I can do it you can too don’t let anything get in the way including yourself

Seen a few people get results but it's not nearly as good as human cold calling. Wondering if anyone thinks differently?

Hey everyone 👋 I’m new to wholesaling and in North Carolina. I’m currently talking with a seller on a potential deal and want to make sure I handle my first deal correctly from contract to closing. I originally thought the process was just getting the contract signed at an agreed price and then finding an end buyer to take over, but I’m realizing there’s more to the assignment and title process, and I don’t want to make rookie mistakes.
