Day 6 of being Consistent! I've got an Appointment Tomorrow!!!

I split my calls between Code Violations and Pre-Foreclosures today and the difference was massive. Based of these stats I'm going to need to pull more Code Violations and just text Pre-Foreclosures.

One guy I called said that he owned the property and recently had to move his father who was living in a property of his to assisted living and was looking to sell and he told me I could call him back tomorrow at 10am! Gonna do some due diligence on the property tonight and hope for the best tomorrow.
