I know I havenโ€™t been posting much the last few days about cold calling, but thatโ€™s because I was focused on finding buyers in Evansville.
I already have a seller there who wants to sell, so I realized I need to learn more than just cold calling.
At the end of the day, when you have a dealโ€ฆ you need to know how to find the right buyer.
So I:
  • Reached out to a local realtor (heโ€™s now helping find buyers)
  • Posted in local investor Facebook groups
Weโ€™re making progress.
