Today got a lot more interesting than I expected.
Both conversations turned into leads, and both have potential.
First lead has been lowballed too many times by other investors. They’re not accepting 85k and want more. Now the husband is calling me back with their number, so I’m curious where that lands.
Second lead is a multifamily with 18 units, owner lives out of state. I’m getting a call back from her agent, so let’s see how that plays out. Worst case, I just follow up later.
