Day 1 of going hard on being Consistent!
Did some Cold Calling for 3-4 hours today. I focused on Tax Delinquencies, Pre-Foreclosures, Code Violations and XLeads Wholesaling Score 500-699.
Here are my numbers:
-151 Calls Made
-14 Calls Answered
-6 Not Interested
-7 Wrong Numbers
-1 Hang Ups
-1 Callbacks
-1 Potential Follow Up
-45 Voice Mails Sent
Looks like a 9.34% Total Contact Rate today. 11.11% for Tax-D, 10% for Code Vios, 13.33% for WS Score 500-699 & 5% for Lis Pendens. I can't do SMS yet through XLeads but I'm working on getting everything setup with my LLC. We are just getting started!
