Consistency is KEY!
Hello Fam! Just wanted to give an update on my real estate investment journey. Thanks so much Rick and Zach for all of the knowledge and the services you provide. I've learned so much from this community! Since the start of 2025 I have been able to close 4 Wholesale deals, $1500, $7500, $13,000 and $47,500. As I became better at closing, I have been able to earn more on my assignment fees. Just wanted to encourage everyone, or at least one 😊, to "Do the Thing" and stay consistent. My markets are OH, MD, VA, NC. If you need help with dispo on your 1st deal, we can JV and I can show you how I get it done! Let's Go!
