As I became better at closing, I have been able to earn more on my assignment fees. Just wanted to encourage everyone, or at least one 😊, to "Do the Thing" and stay consistent. Just 2 weeks apart from each other this is my 2nd deal Closed❤️ Boom a 5k assignment fee , I was on the disposition side of this deal or it would have been bigger if I did acquisitions lol but it is what it is all glory to God. This Month with the two deals it totaled out to be 14,750. Can’t wait to get more deals done ..
