Because of this, I am going to start posting skiptraced lists and buy criteria on a weekly basis.

STEP 1 -- Download the attached skiptraced list

STEP 2 -- Reach out to sellers

STEP 3 -- Ask them if they want to sell their lot

STEP 4 -- Ask how much are they looking to get for their lot

STEP 5 -- Send to my BM Jotform for review (at www.jotform.com/realmitchell/JVwithBM)

STEP 6 -- Repeat Steps 1 through 6

The attached skiptraced list is for Baldwin County, AL from Spanish Fort to Gulf Shores.

Builders will pay up to $20K+ for lots in this area.

Still, pull price from the sellers, don't give pricing to the sellers.

Some will take action -- Some won't. The real question: "What are you going to do?"
