Always Ask Questions!
I found an on market property that is in a Trust, it’s priced high and they are set on a number a lot of buyers are turning down. I asked the agent if there are anymore properties, turns out there were 3 more that are off market. I locked one of them down, and found a buyer. Now the buyer is asking if there are more homes and they are interested in trying to secure the other 3 properties as well 👏🏽 if I would have just said okay and hung up with the agent I wouldn’t have had one deal, now it’s a chance I’ll have 4 deals 🤞🏽
