Advise on making a buyers list
Hey everyone I’m still a beginner at wholesaling and am currently working on closing my first deal. A big concern of mine is building my buyers list. Does anyone have and tips or advice on creating a buyers list. I am located in New Jersey but also have my eye on the Cleveland market as well‼️ Any advise would be a lot of help🙌
