Acquisition Ranking
Question for all the veterans out there. I'm curious how you would rank the best/successful strategies out there for acquiring contracts. I'm in Hawaii so the time difference makes calls a little difficult in other states. I was told that there is the MLS however buyer's appear to avoid properties from there, and seller's are not fond of assignments. It would be interesting to see people's strategies ranked best to worst. Oh and please leave 'likes'. :)
