Biggest win: Started dialing earlier in the day and was focused for roughly 2-3 hours.
Biggest Lesson: Fumbled the offer during the follow up call back speaking to the daughter. I got nervous, and excited at the same time cause it was a different property for sale. Didn't give her a good number after lowballing her then said she needs to talk to her dad. Regardless I don't believe its low enough unless I am the end buyer.
