A2p registration

Hey could anyone help me out on how to get the account approved for a2p texting campaign on xleads? I’ve tried countless times but continue to get rejected. I’ve watched a bunch of videos online on how to do it but still can’t get it approved. I put the terms and conditions and privacy policy, updated the website. It’s now saying that it was rejected because of provided opt-in information.
