Had a guy that was interested in selling his house. Been trying to set up to look at the house for about a month but he kept on flaking on me. Looked online today and seen he listed it with a realtor 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ thought I had my first deal but I guess not. Has this ever happened to anyone? On to the next
