1 Step Closer To My First Deal
Just got out of surgery and got my first lot under contract 😅
The pain was real, but I couldn’t let that stop me. Big thanks to Flip with Rick GPT for helping me talk to the seller while the anesthesia/pain meds was still hitting! 😂
The hustle doesn’t sleep!!!! Now time to find a buyer and close this deal!! 💪🔥
