What is Your Diagnosis?
Just based off this history comment your diagnosis.
Long history of low back pain with intermittent R thigh pain, constantly in and out of ER's. MRI grade 1 spondy. The patient cannot sleep, hurts to get up from chair, can't sit for greater than 45 mins.
Has seen numerous providers including Ortho, chiropractic and others
