Refund: ($21,521.57)
Credit Card Fees: ($10,385.22)
Facebook Marketing: ($18,279.47)
Payroll: ($12,526.16)
Net Income: $61,231.58

Booked - 89
Showed - 60
Converted - 18
Cancelled / No Show - 32

Converted / Showed = 30%

The refunds: 2 were just switch over from Carecredit to using a credit card so they were not real refunds they still remained as patients. One patient signed up and had to leave the state and couldn't start the appts and the fourth had hip OA too severe to do SI rehab when we tried.
