I have seen a lot of people get a reply and then they start sending 15 messages with questions filled in them, the client DOES NOT want complexity if you want to close a client then you have to keep it simple.
A guy got a 5000$ Web Design Client but literally canceled mid way just because he didn't want to be answering questions all day, like literally how are you helping them save time if you are taking up all there time.
