From Overwhelmed to Making Progress, My Web Agency Journey
Hey everyone, I’m new here and wanted to share a little of my story. When I first started my agency, I felt like I was juggling a million things at once: clients, projects, learning new tools, and trying to figure out how to actually grow. Some days it felt impossible. The wins didn’t come fast, but the small ones were huge: finishing a project that actually exceeded a client’s expectations, finally mastering a tool I’d been avoiding, or just getting clarity on my processes. I’d love to hear from you: What’s your biggest challenge running a web agency right now? And what’s one small win that reminded you you’re making progress? Sharing struggles and wins honestly has helped me learn faster, curious to see if it does the same for others here!

@Peter Donald Yeah being casual with the clients do significantly help each other :D, I started breaking the fear when i saw my mate who does webs aswell talksso casually like i was shocked - he used to swear with them, swear at them and stuff and be so casual just talk like - sorry cant do that for you right now im lazy as hell and due to his product actually being quality the clients didn't mind and actually respected his honesty - and due to this i had the courage to talk and actually communicate with the clients, i don't swear n stuff that looks too far for me But just being casually and doing stuff done, cause i used to be scared if i were to do something wrong during the creation of the webs and the fear of checking if they noticed :D so yeah just my crazy mate gave me the courage to just talk to the clients and dont overthink

Does anyone else do outbound/outreach? ...whatever it's called
I've been messing around with it and those leads I scraped off of apollo/Apify and I found this cool way to stand out to the random people you're bothering lol Following the principle that @Patrick Spiegel talks about with the hyper-personalized videos, personalized text outreach converts better than non-personalized (duh). But, the value you give in the 5 min video is so much higher than the same amount of time spent researching and caring about a lead but only being able to reach out over text. Anyways, I found this way to hyper-personalize at scale. 1. Sign up to Make.com 2. download the JSON script I have attached here 3. Start a "New Scenario" in Make.com 4. click "Import Scenario" at the bottom in the middle-ish 5. Connect your google account (to connect to google sheets full of lead data) 6. Make sure to connect the modules to the actual spreadsheets your leads are on 7. Connect your Open AI account (Prompt for personalization will already be in the module) 8. Organize your lead data to match the columns in the picture (with column H empty for personalization and column I empty for "shortened company name" 9. Run it Boom: personalization you don't need to research and ponder over. You can stick it at the beginning of a cold DM on LinkedIn or Facebook or Instagram or cold emails or whatever. Let me know 1. if it makes sense lol 2. if/how you use it and 3. if it was successful for you. Hope this helps🙏

I’m excited to share the successful completion of a recent web design project for DIVINE STORE 🔹 Project Overview The client needed a modern, user-friendly, and responsive website to represent their brand and improve their online presence. My goal was to create a clean design that aligns with their brand identity while ensuring smooth navigation and functionality across all devices. 🔹 What I Delivered - Custom Web Design – A unique layout tailored to the client’s brand style and goals. - Responsive Design – Fully optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop. - User Experience (UX) – Easy navigation and clear call-to-actions for better engagement. - SEO-Friendly Structure – Built with best practices for search visibility. - Fast Performance – Optimized images and code for quick load times. 🔹 Final Result The final website is visually appealing, functional, and performance-driven. It not only strengthens the client’s online presence but also provides their customers with a smooth browsing experience.

Is there a link where we can check it out ?
Let’s interact and learn
Hey guys, I just wanted yours thoughts and advice on my situation. So I went through a lot trying to get a domain and get it hosted for my emails. So I eventually got it and I don’t know how to add a profile picture (my agency’s logo), but I went through my personal email and I saw that majority of big companies in my inbox don’t have their company logo and their profile. So I just want to hear your thoughts on 1st me getting a custom domain for my emails, if it was a good investment or was it important to get one etc. The 2nd do you think I should put my logo up or not and what have you guys done or are planning to do once you get your custom email?

having a proper email definetly separates you from the ones who use gmail, so i’d say its a very good investment and i think every dev should have one
