I have seen a lot of people get a reply and then they start sending 15 messages with questions filled in them, the client DOES NOT want complexity if you want to close a client then you have to keep it simple. A guy got a 5000$ Web Design Client but literally canceled mid way just because he didn't want to be answering questions all day, like literally how are you helping them save time if you are taking up all there time. Hey guys, my budget is absolutely 0$ like absolute 0$ I can't invest on automations or anything, so the interesting thing is while doing cold dm's on Facebook I found a opening for a remote job idk what I thought but I wrote the best message in 2minutes sent them my cv and portfolio and they DARM replied, then I went through a few difficult tests and got selected I still don't know if this is the right thing to do, even though I love the people there very co operative a very good Web Dev community there. what I find is I actually love it here working on real project's with deadlines and not just any projects projects that are actually meaning full. So currently I have set it up like this 9 hour for the job 3 hour for studies and 5-6 hours for my Web Dev agency. What do you guys think?

Hey guys 👋 I’ve been grinding IG outreach for my web design offer, but I feel like I’m spending way too much time just finding leads instead of actually messaging. Right now I’m: - Using PhantomBuster → scraping businesses individually → then checking their IGs - Trying Instagram’s Explore tabBoth work, but it takes me 3–4 hours just to get 50 qualified leads. What’s the best way you’ve found to consistently get ~50 qualified leads a day on IG without it eating up the whole day? Ideally something where the leads are actually a good fit (small businesses that need a better website), so I can spend my time on outreach instead of endless searching. Would really appreciate any hacks, systems, or workflows that cut down the time 🙏
