Finish line
Yes this is indeed graduation day. I never thought I could do the 30 day challenge. I had so many second thoughts: first I said to myself I don’t belong, I am no longer a mom with young children and so on… But every time I felt like quitting I said why should I and I kept going. I am so happy I reach the finishing line. If there is one thing I learned it’s resilience. Keep going no matter what you will finally reach the destination. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.💕🥰

Week 4- Day 30!!
Lesson learned
One thing I can definitely say I will try to keep practicing is regulate myself. I tend to respond automatically without taking the time to actually analyze the situation. This can lead to hasty decision. From now on I want to do things better.

Week 4-Day 29
Hey Ladies! Day 29 - Almost There! Morning Gratitude: Look back at ALL four weeks. What's the ONE shift that's made the biggest difference? Making The 3R Method Automatic You have the method. Now we make it AUTOMATIC. The truth about behavior change: It takes 21 days to build awareness. It takes 60-90 days to build automaticity. You're at Day 29. You have awareness. Now you practice until it's automatic. Your post-challenge practice: Daily: - Use R1 (regulate yourself) BEFORE responding to struggle - Notice when you want to rescue - pause instead - Use at least one growth language phrase Weekly: - Review: Where did I rescue this week? - Celebrate: Where did I use 3R successfully? - Adjust: What do I need to practice more? Monthly: - Reflect: How is my child different? - Notice: What struggles can they handle now that they couldn't before? - Evolve: What's my next growth edge? Your Day 29 Practice: Write down your post-Day 30 commitment. How will you keep practicing? 💬 What's ONE practice you're committing to continue after Day 30?

Week 4-Day 29
Assessing difficulty
It has been a great four weeks experience. Am I able to say which one of the 3 R methods is most difficult to attain, not really. I see them as a whole process which in the long run help us discipline our everyday life.
