You're at Day 29. You have awareness. Now you practice until it's automatic.
Your post-challenge practice:
Daily:
- Use R1 (regulate yourself) BEFORE responding to struggle
- Notice when you want to rescue - pause instead
- Use at least one growth language phrase
Weekly:
- Review: Where did I rescue this week?
- Celebrate: Where did I use 3R successfully?
- Adjust: What do I need to practice more?
Monthly:
- Reflect: How is my child different?
- Notice: What struggles can they handle now that they couldn't before?
- Evolve: What's my next growth edge?
