Welcome to the New Watcher's Defense Club
Started on April 1st, 2026, we are relatively new. Therefore, there are not many posts at present, Nor are there any courses to take, however, I am diligently working on getting some beginner courses completed for our members and starting the posting. You probably saw this on the "About" page, but we are all about focusing on what really works in defensive combat. We do not promote any single Martial Arts style. Instead, we embrace and honor the validity of all Martial Arts styles. We will use various video sources to analyze the best practices for defending ourselves. We will discuss defending against weapons, grappling, and various strikes, and kicks from all body parts. The body is a weapon, respect it.

Our Rules (Subject to Change) - Open and Read all 9 of these Rules
1. Always Stretch Before Training - Don't be out for the count - Stretching can help prevent injuries that may make your life miserable for months. 2. Never Go Looking for a Fight - As the name says we're a "Defense" Club, so Defend and Deescalate until physical attack is the only option. Counter as your able until you have no other option but to stop the threat, which can be an offensive move to reduce the attacker's will to fight. Then it is all stop. Never hit a person who has quit the fight or become incapacitated. 3. Invite & practice locally as often as possible - Invite others from your local area to practice with you. 4. Make an effort to post daily - and to practice throughout the week. Defense is a lifestyle 5. No self-promotion/soliciting - Do not post or DM anyone for the purpose of advertising any other skool community, personal business of any type; including personal training services, coaching, etc. 6. Be positive. Only critique with an explanation. Never criticize or demean the person you are critiquing. 7. No Arguing and no Hate Speech 8. No Explicit Adult Content, or Vulgar language/discussion. 9. Give commentary when posting Videos - Don't just post videos without giving your personal analysis of the content. And, remember, no mean or demeaning speech when critiquing.
Defense is not always against a person.

Some things just don't make sense.
I don't know about this. I think something is being left out. The only thing I can take away from this is that leverage is key. What are your thoughts? https://www.facebook.com/share/r/17cqrLgVtj/
